Refund Policy

1. Service Fees

TrademarkBuy service fees (excluding government fees) are refundable under the following conditions only:

• Full refund: If you request cancellation within 24 hours of payment and before we have commenced work
• Partial refund (50%): If you cancel after consultation but before application is filed

2. Non-Refundable Stages

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Government fees paid to IP India (once filed)
• Service fees after TM-A application has been filed
• Fees for rejected or objected applications (rejection is at the discretion of IP India)
• Free plan (Basic) — no payment involved

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, email refunds@trademarkbuy.com with your order ID and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
