TrademarkBuy provides facilitation services for trademark search, consultation, and application filing with the Intellectual Property India (IP India) office under the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Our services include:
Important: TrademarkBuy does not guarantee that any trademark application will be approved by IP India. Approval is at the sole discretion of the Trademark Examiner and the Intellectual Property India office. We provide expert assistance to maximise your chances of success, but registration cannot be guaranteed. Government fees paid to IP India are non-refundable by us.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrademarkBuy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the service fees actually paid by you to us for the specific service in question.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Filing a trademark application with false information is an offence under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and may result in cancellation of registration.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
